About Ellis & Son Lawncare
Summer in East Texas is thick and green, the air heavy and the cicadas loud in the treetops from noon until well past supper. That warmth is a gift to grass, which can seem to gain an inch overnight across the rolling Rusk County hills. Ellis & Son Lawncare keeps East Texas lawns cut back and orderly, edging, trimming and mowing so the yard stays a welcome place to sit out after a hot day. There is something deeply satisfying in a lawn freshly cut at the right height, the green smell of it rising as the evening cools. Small towns like this one are made of front porches and the yards spread before them, and this work keeps those yards looking proud.
