About LawnPros

Late in the afternoon in Treasure Hills, the shadows of the tall Washingtonia palms stretch all the way across the lawns and the light turns long and gold. That is the hour LawnPros likes for finish work: the last pass of the mower laid down arrow-straight, the edge run along the curb until grass and concrete part company in a single clean line. Trimming tightens the corners a mower cannot reach, hedges get squared, and every clipping is blown off the sidewalk and put back into the turf where it belongs. The breeze off the Gulf picks up around five and carries the smell of cut grass three houses down the street. Harlingen grass grows nearly the whole year, and the mowing rhythm here holds from the first warm week of February straight through the autumn.
