Boot Cut Lawn and Landscape

About Boot Cut Lawn and Landscape

There is caliche dust on everything at the edge of Harlingen, where the pavement thins out and mesquite starts writing its crooked shorthand along the fence lines. Boot Cut Lawn and Landscape works from that country inward — mowing yards, edging walks, cutting a trim line so exact it looks drawn with a straightedge. Late in the day, when the heat finally lets go and the caracaras ride the last thermals over the flats, a finished lawn holds the low sun like a swept floor. Landscape work rounds it out: beds redefined, shrubs brought back to shape, the odd corner reclaimed from whatever had taken it. Simple work, carried all the way to the end.
