About 2 Greengo’s

Gun Barrel City wakes along Highway 334 with dew still beaded on the bermuda, and that is the hour 2 Greengo's likes best. Mowing, edging, string trimming and a full blow-down of the walks — done while the shade still stretches across the drive. By the time the crape myrtles start throwing real heat shadow, the yard is cut in even lines and every clipping is off the concrete. There is a plain satisfaction in a lawn that looks intentional from the street. In this stretch of Henderson County, where lake traffic passes all day long, the front yard is the part of a house that speaks first.
