Budget Lawn

About Budget Lawn

Saturday in Greenville sounds like a dozen engines starting at once, sprinklers ticking, a screen door somewhere down the block. Budget Lawn moves through the neighborhoods east of Graham Park with mower, trimmer and blower, cutting the week's growth down to something tidy and squared. Bikes get moved off the driveway, gates get latched again, and the fresh lines run the length of the yard like ruled paper. There is real satisfaction in the moment the blower goes quiet and the concrete is bare and the grass stands even. Then it is on to the next street, and the afternoon smells like clippings the whole way.
