C & E Lawn Service

About C & E Lawn Service

Grapeland mornings arrive under pine, dew still heavy on the sandy loam and the light coming down in slats through the loblolly. C & E Lawn Service starts there — the mower opened up across the open middle of a yard, the trimmer working shaded strips where grass grows thin and uneven, edges cut back along the walk. East Texas hands you rain in a hurry and then makes you wait for it, so a lawn here can jump inches one week and sulk the next. Keeping the cut regular through that swing is most of the craft. By the time dogwood shows white in the woods off the county road, the yards along it are already sharp.
