About SM Tree Service

Gladewater is pine country with oil underneath it, and the loblollies grew right back around the derricks that once stood in these yards. SM Tree Service takes those pines down when they lean toward a roof, clears dead tops, and prunes the hardwoods along the Sabine bottom so they keep their frame instead of splitting at a bad fork. Spring in East Texas arrives loud, and one night of straight-line wind will drop a pine across a driveway before anyone hears it go; the storm work starts early and ends with the curb line clear by evening. Downtown the awnings want clearance and the old shade trees over the sidewalks want a hand keeping it. Around Gladewater, White Oak, Kilgore and Big Sandy, the pines and the people both get tended.
