Lawn Monkey's Lawn Care & Landscaping

About Lawn Monkey's Lawn Care & Landscaping

By noon in July the cicadas are loud enough to drown out a mower and the heat sits on East Texas like a hand on the shoulder. Lawn Monkey's Lawn Care & Landscaping keeps moving through it anyway — cut, edge, trim, clear, next stop — because Gladewater grass in high summer will not wait a week and a half for anyone. Landscaping work slides into the cooler ends of the day: beds reworked, shrubs cut back, mulch down so the roots aren't left to cook. There is a rhythm to a hot-weather route, and hitting it means every yard on the list looks sharp by the same evening. Cold water in the truck, one more lawn to go.
