About Labay Landscaping

North of Georgetown the county opens all the way up — hay meadows, a grain elevator standing on the horizon like a landmark, roads that run straight for miles before they remember to bend at Walburg. Labay Landscaping works that open country and the town blocks alike, laying in beds, spreading mulch, trimming shrubs back into shape and mowing the ground between. Out here the wind never really stops, so plantings go in where they are sheltered and edges get cut deep enough to stay put. Spring means everything at once; late fall means cutting back, clearing out and setting the beds up for the cold snaps that come through in January. A finished yard against all that sky is a satisfying thing to stand and look at.
