About Texan Roots Landscaping

Rowlett wakes with water on three sides — Lake Ray Hubbard wrapping the peninsula, going pewter before sunrise and turning blue by seven. Texan Roots Landscaping works those early hours, mowing while the air is still cool off the lake and the Bermuda is holding dew. There is a real satisfaction in the edge line along a Rowlett driveway: blackland clay on one side, turf squared off clean on the other, every clipping blown back off the walk instead of left to scatter. Summer here asks a lot of a lawn, with long light and heat that settles in and stays, so the work is cutting at the right height, trimming close around mailboxes and fence posts, and coming back on a rhythm the grass can keep. By the time the afternoon thunderheads stack up over the water, the yards are finished and the street looks like somebody cared.
