About mjtreelawn

Midmorning under Gainesville's big hackberries and elms, the light comes through in coins and the grass beneath grows thin, uneven and stubborn. mjtreelawn cuts those shaded yards for what they are — a higher pass where the turf is sparse, careful trimming around trunks and surface roots, edges held clean so the yard still has a defined shape. Fallen twigs and leaf drop get cleared ahead of the mower rather than chopped into the lawn. Shade yards will never look like a sunny one, and they do not have to; they just have to look tended. Getting that right in a tree-heavy neighborhood is its own quiet skill.
