About Fulshear Grass Company LLC

Fulshear grows three grasses worth arguing about: St. Augustine matting thick beneath the live oaks in Fulbrook, Bermuda that wants the full weight of Texas sun, and zoysia splitting the difference. Fulshear Grass Company LLC cuts each the way it asks to be cut — height set to the species and the month, blades kept sharp so July never leaves the tips ragged and gray. By ten in the morning the humidity is a physical object and the mowers are already two yards down the list. At the end of a hot afternoon, sprinkler arcs catch low light and an even lawn takes it in like something being paid back. The name says the material plainly enough: grass, understood and kept.
