Lawn Rangers

About Lawn Rangers

Fruitvale lies in Van Zandt County, the corner of East Texas that still likes to call itself the Free State, and there is a streak of independence in the way people here look after their own ground. Lawn Rangers ride out to meet that spirit with lawn care that keeps a yard in line: mowing the grass level, trimming along fence posts and tree trunks, and edging every border so it holds its shape. Come evening, when the sun sinks orange over the pastures and the post oak shadows stretch across the grass, a freshly kept lawn is a fine thing to look at. That is the moment Lawn Rangers works toward: a yard squared away and ready for sitting back to watch the light go.
