About MowJo Lawn Care

In Fairmount the lots are narrow, the bungalow porches sit close to the sidewalk, and every backyard hides behind an alley gate that takes a knack to open. MowJo Lawn Care knows that knack. Evening is the good hour there — cicadas at full volume in the crepe myrtles, light going amber down the brick side streets, a mower running one last small yard before dusk. Tight ground rewards patience: mowing turned in short passes, edging worked carefully around tree rings and stone borders, trimming close to fence lines where a wide deck can't reach, then everything blown off the walk instead of into the neighbor's. Fertilization and weed control keep old St. Augustine thick under the shade of trees older than most of the houses. Small yards, done right, add up to a block that looks cared for.
