Double H Lawn and Landscape

About Double H Lawn and Landscape

November in Flint drops pine straw over everything — walks, beds, the good half of a lawn — and the lake below town turns the color of pewter under a low sky. Double H Lawn and Landscape works that turn of the year hard: raking and blowing out the straw and leaves, refreshing beds, pruning back what the growing season overdid, and keeping the grass mowed, edged and trimmed while it still wants to grow. Cleared beds under pines look intentional, and that is exactly the effect worth chasing. When spring comes back around the same yards get mulch, shaped shrubs and a clean first cut. Two seasons, one standard: leave it better looking than you found it.
