About Lopez Lawn & Auto, LLC

January is the tan season in Farmers Branch, bermuda gone dormant, the light thin and low, mornings cold enough to see your breath before the sun clears the rooftops. Lopez Lawn & Auto, LLC uses those weeks for what winter is good for: blades off and sharpened, mowers gone through, decks scraped down so the first spring cut comes out clean instead of ragged. Out on the route it is cleanup work, leaves and blown litter cleared, beds tidied, an occasional warm-spell cut when the grass gets ideas. Then March arrives, everything greens at once, and mowing takes over the calendar until the pecans start dropping again. Equipment that was looked after in the cold is the reason the busy months run smooth.
