About A&R Lawn Care

Morning comes early to Everman, the sun climbing flat off the prairie east of town while the Bermuda is still holding its dew. A&R Lawn Care meets it there — mower warm, blade sharp, the first pass laying a clean stripe down a yard that was shaggy an hour before. Tarrant County clay grows grass in a hurry once the warmth sets in, and keeping up with it is mostly a matter of showing up on the same day every week until the line along the walk looks drawn with a straightedge. They mow, trim, edge and carry off the clippings, then leave the gate the way they found it. It is ordinary work, done carefully, on streets a few minutes south of Fort Worth.
