About RedFly Lawn and Tree Services

November in the Eastern Cross Timbers is slow about letting go; the post oaks near McCormick Park hold their rust-colored leaves for weeks and then drop the lot of them in one windy afternoon. RedFly Lawn and Tree Services meets that afternoon head-on, clearing leaves off the turf and out of the beds, carting the yard debris away, taking the last cuts of the year low and even. Edging matters more in the fall, not less, because once the color is gone a lawn is only its lines. The grass here goes tawny and dormant, and a cleared yard wears that color well. When the warm spell arrives in February the mowers start up again, and the ground is ready for them.
