Lone Star Lawn Care

About Lone Star Lawn Care

By one o'clock in July the cicadas have taken over the oaks at Midway Park and the pavement is throwing the heat back at the sky. Bermuda grass loves it. Lone Star Lawn Care cuts on the schedule that summer sets, running a little higher through the worst weeks so the roots keep their own shade, walking the edges with a steady hand, working the trimmer around play sets and air-conditioner pads. The blower comes last, driveway to curb, until the concrete is bare and the green is loud against it. There is a plain satisfaction in a yard that holds its shape all the way through a Texas summer, and this is the work that holds it.
