About Bella's Landscaping

In Sunset Heights the yards are small and the porches are close to the street, brick and pressed tin holding the last warmth of the day while the swifts go over. Small does not mean easy — those terraced strips need a mower that can turn tight and a hand willing to trim by the steps and along a hundred-year-old retaining wall. Bella's Landscaping takes them in the evening light, cutting the grass, edging the walk, and sweeping the flagstone until the whole front reads as one tidy piece. Nothing here is measured in acres; it is measured in whether the corner by the gate got done. That kind of attention is what makes an old block look loved.
