Mesquite Tree Services

About Mesquite Tree Services

On a July afternoon in El Mesquite, with the Rio Grande only a few miles off and the heat pressing down on everything, shade is worth more than almost anything else in the yard. Mesquite Tree Services trims, shapes and removes trees in this little community, and keeps up the grass at their feet too. A storm-split limb, a trunk leaning at the porch roof, a canopy grown so dense it starves the grass of light: each gets taken in hand, cut clean and cleared away. The land here raises hardy trees, Texas ebony and mesquite and huisache that can outlast a drought, and the work is helping them live alongside the people who sit beneath them. As evening cools the yard, there is open sky where the deadwood was and a pool of shade exactly where it belongs.
