Lakeside Lawncare & Landscape

About Lakeside Lawncare & Landscape

In October the bois d'arc trees along the old fence lines around Ector drop their lumpy green fruit, horse apples as most folks call them, and the prairie begins to soften toward autumn gold. Lakeside Lawncare & Landscape keeps this small North Texas town's lawns mowed and edged and its landscapes in shape as the heat finally lets go. Fall suits the landscape side of the work: beds cleaned out after the hot months, shrubs trimmed back, mulch refreshed, and edges recut so lawn and garden each know where they stand. Evenings come early and cool now, the sky going wide and lavender over the open fields. A yard finished in that light has the unhurried look of a place at peace with the coming cold.
