Kj’s Lawn Care and Maintenance

About Kj’s Lawn Care and Maintenance

Six in the morning in mid-June, the dew still heavy, a mockingbird running its whole catalog from a power line, and Duncanville has not yet decided how hot it intends to be. Kj's Lawn Care and Maintenance starts there — mowing, edging along the walk, trimming the corners a mower cannot reach, keeping shrubs and beds from creeping out over the turf. Maintenance is the honest word for it: not one dramatic day, but a yard held in order week after week until neat becomes its natural state. The reward is small and real — a straight edge along the concrete, grass standing up instead of flopping over. By the time the neighborhood is fully awake the trailer is two streets over.
