About A&B Landscaping and Tree Services

West of Duncanville the land lifts into the cedar brakes, and the light at the end of a summer day comes over that ridge long and slow. A&B Landscaping and Tree Services works underneath it — mowing, edging, and cutting back the shrubs and limbs that crowd a walkway or lean too far over a roofline. Cedar elms here grow stubborn and wide, and a yard only holds its shape when someone tends both the grass and the canopy above it. The work is unglamorous and it shows: clean lines at the drive, clippings cleared off the concrete, a lawn that reads as cared for from the street. When the last of the light slides off the ridge, the yard is done and quiet.
