About Madewell Turf Applications

April is when the turf around Denison wakes up, brown giving way to green in patches and then all at once, the black prairie soil east of town holding the spring rain like a sponge. Madewell Turf Applications watches for that turn, because how a lawn is handled in those first weeks decides how it carries the summer. Mowing height, clean cutting, and steady attention to the whole stand of grass are what build a lawn that fills in rather than thins out. The reward comes in June, when a yard is thick enough that a footprint disappears behind you. Denison lawns and the ones in nearby towns get that care through the season.
