About Superior Lawn & Landscape

April along the highway shoulders outside Decatur runs blue with bluebonnets and flecked with paintbrush, and the town's high ground gives you a long westward look at all of it going gold near sundown. Superior Lawn & Landscape works that season hardest, when everything grows at once — mowing, edging, trimming, refreshing beds and cutting borders back to a clean line before summer sets in. Grass here can gain half a week's growth in a single warm rain, so the route runs tight and the schedule holds. Cleanups come at each turn of the year, clearing what the wind and the storms deposit. There's a plain pleasure in the last pass of an evening, cut lines running even across a yard with the light going orange behind it.
