About Ace Enterprise

Danbury sits out on the Brazoria County coastal prairie, flat enough that a line of trees along Chocolate Bayou counts as scenery and close enough to the Gulf that the afternoon wind arrives with salt in it. Ace Enterprise mows and maintains yards in that country, where June delivers rain and humidity in equal measure and grass grows fast enough that you can practically hear it. Weekly cutting, trimming out around posts and pilings, borders cut back, and the clippings hauled off before they sour in the heat. Cattle in the field across the road, a south breeze bending the grass, a mower running steady — that is a summer workday down here. What comes of it is a yard that looks tended in a place that would happily grow right over it.
