Waterloo Turf Dallas

About Waterloo Turf Dallas

By two o'clock in July the heat coming off the pavement near Valley View bends the air, and the cicadas take over the pecans. Waterloo Turf Dallas works the shaded side of a property first and the open side last, mowing high so the grass can hold its own water through a Texas afternoon. Down toward the Elm Fork bottoms the turf comes in thick and fast; up on the drier lots it wants a lighter hand — same town, two different lawns. Edges get cut sharp along the walks, the trimmer goes around the mailbox and the fence line, and everything gets blown back onto the grass where it belongs. Come evening the light turns copper over Farmers Branch and the yard looks like somebody has been paying attention to it.
