About Bushwhackers Professional Mowing & Shredding
Come the first weekend of August, Dalhart fills up for the XIT Rodeo and Reunion, and every property in town wants to look right under that hard Panhandle sun. Bushwhackers Professional Mowing & Shredding spends the season doing what the name says — knocking tall grass off lots that have run wild, then bringing them onto a regular cut so they stay that way. Weekly mowing, borders trimmed tight, the cuttings gathered and gone so a property stops reading as abandoned and starts reading as used. Heat comes up off the ground all afternoon out here, so the day starts early and the finish still gets full attention. There is genuine satisfaction in a lot that stood chest-high on Monday and lies flat, even and open by Tuesday evening.
