Lawn Pros

About Lawn Pros

A blue norther comes through in January and the whole city drops thirty degrees in an afternoon, palms thrashing, the bay gone gray and choppy. Lawn Pros work that short quiet stretch the way it ought to be worked — dormant lawns tidied, leaves and wind litter cleared, shrubs and hedges cut back before spring, edges recut so the first warm week has something to grow into. Then March shows up, the mowing starts again, and it hardly stops. Winter on this coast is less a season than a pause, and spending it well is most of what makes a lawn look right in June. Corpus Christi, Portland and Robstown.
