About Ortiz Landscaping and Roofing

At one in the afternoon in a Corinth July, the only thing moving is the shade line creeping off the house and across the grass. Ortiz Landscaping and Roofing works that whole strip — mowing, edging and trimming right up under the eaves where a mower has to be coaxed, then out into the full glare of the front yard. Turf lives two lives on a single lot here, thin and fine in the shade, hard-driving out in the open, and it gets cut accordingly. Walks and drives are blown down before the truck moves on to the next address. The heat is a fact of this place; a yard that still looks sharp in it is a choice.
