About Frank York & Co

Corinth runs right up to Lewisville Lake, and the yards along the Hickory Creek arm live with the weather that comes off the water — wind, spring damp, that long silver light across the coves. Frank York & Co tends lawns on that side of town and inland both, mowing, edging and clearing the season's litter out of beds and off the walks. Grass near the lake grows in fits, generous after a wet week and stubborn through a dry one, so the route bends to what a yard is actually doing rather than what the calendar says. Standing back at the end with the mower shut off and the water going bright is a fine way to finish an afternoon.
