Tice Land Services

About Tice Land Services

By December the branches over Copper Canyon have gone bare, the light comes in sideways all afternoon, and the leaves lie thick from the road to Denton Creek. Tice Land Services works that stretch of the calendar — final cuts, leaf clearing, brush and limb cleanup, trimming back what grew unchecked, hauling the piles off for good. Winter is when a property shows its bones, and a place cleared and cut low in January is a place ready for whatever spring does. There is quiet pride in handing back an acre that reads open and orderly, no drifts of leaves in the corners, no ragged edge along the drive. Between here and Lewisville Lake the land does what it likes; this is the work of asking it, politely, to keep some shape.
