About Cortez Lawn Service

The pecans give the season away first. Come November, out toward the Bryan line, leaves and hulls come down in a steady rattle and a lawn can disappear underneath them over a single weekend. Cortez Lawn Service spends that stretch mowing whatever is still growing, raking and blowing what has fallen, and edging the walks so the yard has a shape again before the holidays arrive. In spring the same lawns ask for the opposite — weekly cutting, trimming along the fences, clippings cleared off the concrete. Both halves of the year come down to the same thing: leaving a place looking better than you found it.
