About Shaddai Lawn Care

There is a quiet that settles over Cleburne's older neighborhoods on a Sunday afternoon in February, when the lawns are still tan and waiting and the wind carries in off the prairie without much to stop it. Shaddai Lawn Care uses that stretch of the calendar for the unglamorous part — hauling out the winter's fallen limbs, clearing the beds down to bare soil, and putting a first sharp edge on walks that have gone soft and grown over. Then March turns, the grass comes up green almost overnight, and the weekly mowing begins again in earnest. A yard tended through the dull months greens up more evenly than one left to figure it out alone, and that shows from the street. The work runs across Cleburne into Keene, Joshua and Alvarado, one house at a time.
