About RICO Lawncare Services
Southwest of town the ground tilts up into cedar and pale limestone, and Cleburne State Park keeps a pocket of that country intact. RICO Lawncare Services works the yards that sit between there and the highway, where the soil turns rocky and a mower has to be run with some judgment. Autumn is the honest season for it: the grass slows, the light goes long and gold by four o'clock, and the work shifts toward cutting back beds, clearing the summer's growth out of the corners, and putting a firm edge on drives and walkways before dormancy sets in. There is a particular satisfaction in the last pass of the blower, when the drive is bare stone again and the lines across the lawn all run the same direction. Cleburne, Godley and Rio Vista get the same attention, ridge lot or flat one.
