Big Boy Lawn Services

About Big Boy Lawn Services

By mid-July a Cedar Hill afternoon leans hard on a lawn, and the shade under the cedar elms around Crawford Park is about the only cool thing for a mile. Big Boy Lawn Services beats that heat by starting early, cutting the Bermuda tall enough to hold its color through August and keep its roots in the shade of its own blades. Fence lines, mailbox posts and play-set legs get the string trimmer; walks and patios get blown clear before the crew rolls on. Shrubs are trimmed back off the windows so a house can breathe, and the clippings never stay behind. It's plain work done in the hottest part of the year, and a cool green yard at suppertime is the whole point of it.
