About Timberline Lawn & Landscape

Late October is a slow surrender in north Carrollton, where the older streets kept their canopy — post oaks and pecans out past Rosemeade, crape myrtles leaning over the curb line, all of it letting go a few leaves at a time rather than all at once. Timberline Lawn & Landscape works the back half of the afternoon here, when shade crosses the yard and the light turns the color of weak tea. The mowing keeps on through the cool months because the grass never fully quits in this part of Texas, and between cuts there is raking, leaf removal, bed work and shrubs shaped back off the windows. There is real satisfaction in a lawn that comes out from under a week of fallen leaves looking cared for instead of buried. Come the first warm stretch, the same yards get their cleanup, their trimming and their edges cut fresh, ready for whatever spring sends up.
