TR Lawn Care

About TR Lawn Care

In Burnet the heat keeps a schedule, so the work starts out ahead of it — mowers running while the light is still low over Hamilton Creek and the limestone is still cool to the hand. TR Lawn Care handles the mowing, cuts the edges clean along walks and caliche drives, trims close around live oak trunks and fence posts, and blows every clipping off the concrete before the truck rolls on. Hill Country grass comes up hard and fast after a rain and then sulks its way through August, and the cutting height moves right along with it. The pleasure is in the last look back down the street: the pass laid straight, the curb line sharp as a pencil mark, nothing left on the sidewalk to say anyone was there. Then spring turns the county roads blue with bluebonnets, and a lawn kept on time gets to meet that color head on instead of hiding from it.
