Johnson Ranch Landscape & Lawnscape

About Johnson Ranch Landscape & Lawnscape

February in the hills above Johnson Ranch is a strange, pretty season: mild afternoons, a north wind that comes without warning, and live oaks quietly dropping last year's leaves all over the lawns they shaded. Johnson Ranch Landscape & Lawnscape works those rolling streets through it — hauling off the leaf drop, cleaning out beds, cutting back what winter browned, and getting the turf ready for the green that arrives in a hurry come March. Lots on this slope drain fast and dry unevenly, so mowing is judged yard by yard rather than by the calendar. The rest of the year the rhythm is mow, edge, trim, blow, repeat, and the payoff is a whole street of yards that hold a matched line down the hill. It is unhurried work, and it makes a neighborhood look like somebody is paying attention.
