About Last Chance Designs

First light in early spring finds Leon County still gray, the oaks bare and the pastures brown, and then one warm week turns the whole place over at once. Last Chance Designs meets that turn in Buffalo with the season's opening cuts — mowing, edging, trimming, and clearing away what winter left lying in the yard. From then until frost it is a matter of holding the line week to week, which is the whole art of lawn care where the growing season runs this long. Walks and drives get edged, fence lines and mailbox posts trimmed, the drive left clear. By the time summer settles in, the yards along the route look the way they should: even, bordered and squared away.
