About Research Turf Management

Every lawn in Buda is a negotiation with water: the creek slips underground into the Edwards recharge zone not far from here, and the calendar decides which days a sprinkler may run. Research Turf Management reads a yard for what it actually is — Bermuda out in the open sun, St. Augustine holding on beneath the live oaks — and cuts and feeds each on its own terms. Mowing at the right height, edging, weed control, fertilization, and aeration to open compacted clay so the rain that does fall gets where it is needed. Turf managed for the summer ahead instead of the week behind keeps its color deeper into August. Lawns in Buda, Kyle, Mountain City, Manchaca and the south Austin edge all fall inside the round.
