About Texas Tree Services

By late June the thunderheads stack up over the river bottom east of Brenham and stand there all evening, lit from the inside, before anything at all falls. Texas Tree Services works the hay meadows and the wooded draws beneath them — tree removal for a post oak gone brittle at the top, tree trimming and pruning that keep hardwoods and elms clear of roofs, wires and fence line. When one of those storms finally breaks, storm damage cleanup is the next day's job: limbs off, the drive opened, the wood hauled instead of piled at the edge of the yard. There is something worth seeing in a stand that has been thinned the right way — the evening light gets all the way down to the ground. Brenham and the small communities out toward the river are all part of the run.
