Stix & Stones

About Stix & Stones

July dusk in Bowie is mesquite shadows across hot ground and cicadas winding down in the post oaks. Stix & Stones takes on the yard work that keeps a place from slipping back into brush — mowing, edging, string trimming, shrub shaping and hauling the debris off when it is done. Out here the land is patient and persistent, so keeping a lawn is a conversation you have every single week. The reward comes at the end of it: a clean line where grass meets gravel, and a yard you can actually sit in once the sun lets go. That is the whole aim, week after week.
