All Hands Home Services

About All Hands Home Services

Blue Mound is a tight grid of streets folded into the north side of Fort Worth, close enough to the Saginaw elevators that the trains work through the small hours. Saturday mornings the mowers start early up and down the blocks, and All Hands Home Services is out in that hour, ahead of the North Texas heat. Mowing, edging, string trimming and cleanup — small yards done properly, which means square corners, a border cut against the sidewalk, and the drive blown off at the end. On streets this compact, one sharp lawn lifts the three on either side of it, and the whole block starts pulling in the same direction. That is a good deal of the satisfaction: a neighborhood that looks tended, one address at a time.
