Nothing grows harder in a West Texas July than the stuff nobody planted — careless weed shooting up in the alley, grass burr along the back fence, sunflowers claiming the corner of a lot in the space of a week. Weed Wranglers goes straight at that: string trimming the fence lines, cutting down overgrown ground, mowing lots back to something a person can walk across again. Around Big Spring the wind and one good rain can undo a month of neglect, so the work is about getting there before the seed heads do. The best part of the job is the reveal — a fence you can actually see, a curb line back in the open, a yard that reads finished instead of abandoned. Then it is mowing and edging from there on, keeping the ground on the right side of the argument.
