Turf Tamers

About Turf Tamers

West of the Clear Fork, Benbrook rides up onto the Cross Timbers, and the post oaks throw their shade in patches over yards that are half sun, half shadow all day long. Turf Tamers reads that ground before the mower ever starts: the thin strip by the driveway that scorches, the low corner near Dutch Branch that stays thick and rank after a storm. Cutting at the right height, trimming tight around trees and posts, edging the concrete back to a hard line — done week after week, it turns a patchy midsummer lawn into something even. Storms here blow in fast off the western horizon and leave limbs and litter behind, so cleanup is part of the job, not an extra chapter. Turf Tamers works Benbrook and the stretch out toward Aledo and Westworth Village.
