TBS Turf and Landscape

About TBS Turf and Landscape

On a weekday morning in Bellaire you can hear Loop 610 running like a low river a few blocks off, and underneath it the smaller sound of somebody's mower two streets over. TBS Turf and Landscape is often that sound, working the grid of quiet blocks between the freeway and the boulevard while most of the city is somewhere else. Turf on this side of Houston grows hard and grows unevenly, so the cut has to be set right and the edges kept honest or a lawn drifts shaggy within days. The aim is simple and visible: level green, a defined border, clean pavement. Bellaire, Meyerland and the neighboring Houston streets fill out the route.
