About Slickscapes LLC

The day starts early here, with the wind coming in off Eagle Mountain Lake before the heat has had any ideas. Slickscapes LLC works the lawns of Azle, Texas, mowing and edging while the light is still long and low across the yards. There is a particular pleasure in the line where turf meets driveway — clean, straight, unmistakable — and in the sound of a blower carrying the last clippings off the walk. Texas summers ask a great deal of a lawn, and the answer is simply showing up, week after week, with sharp blades and a steady pass. By evening the grass stands even, the beds are trimmed back to their borders, and the yard looks like somebody meant it.
