About Cobos Landscape Solutions

East of the Balcones Fault, Austin rests on the edge of the old Blackland Prairie, and the dark clay there has a temper. It swells and turns sticky after a downpour, then shrinks and splits into deep cracks during an August dry spell, shaping how every lawn above it behaves. Cobos Landscape Solutions tends lawns and landscapes with that ground in mind: mowing on a sensible schedule, trimming back overgrowth, working the beds and clearing debris so the yard can hold up through the swings. Tended this way, a lawn has a better chance of keeping its color in the heat and bouncing back once the rain returns. Knowing a city's soil that closely is its own kind of craft.
